Hm... what are the opportunities for safety and security if this strip of steep-sided earth berm and gully were turned into some sort of public park? None that I can think of. Will it be lit up after dark? Will there be anyone policing? How would that even happen? Police on bikes? With public access (not sure where any entrances and exits will be but that's a matter for the genius designers) to our backyards, people with nothing better to do will be making mischief at night in the dark, 20 feet from the back doors of private houses. Oh, and privacy? Gonzo.
