The Highline has hours of operation. Anyone aware of that? Their website currently says "The High Line is operating on its fall schedule, with the park open daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM." Seems like a good idea, right? Will the Queensway have hours of operation?

If so, how will the Queensway be made inaccessible in the off-hours?

If not, WHY not?
