Which recreation areas and public amenities should be linked to the QueensWay site?

Find an adaptive reuse for the LIRR power substation where the Queens Way crosses Atlantic Avenue and tie it into the Queensway with direct access at the uper level. The attractive old red brick building would look good if rehabilitated. The large halls could be put to multiple public uses. (I don't think it is in use anymore.) Consider also incorporating the entire surrounding property currently used to store school buses, which was once a rail connection between the Rockaway Line and the LIRR on Atlantic Avenue (when it was once on the surface of the street--now underneath).
