I love IHOP! And apparently I have been living 3.5 miles from one for 15 years and didn't know it! If I could just hop on my bike and run 20 minutes down the QueensWay for chocolate chip pancakes I'd be in heaven - no traffic, no looking for parking - just bike, eat and enjoy.
