Create a bike station (with rentals, maybe?) and "meet-up spot" underneath the Myrtle Avenue Bridge to make it a more friendly and safe environment. This area could serve as a Forest Park crossroads where people on the Queensway can access Victory Field, the Carousel, the Bandshell, Strack Pond, and the Parks Dept Visitors' Center.
