The area has a mass transit problem. One track of light rail in the middle can assist those who need to quickly transfer to nearby trains and/or buses at Atlantic Ave., Jamaica Ave. and Lefferts Blvd This would be a money generator of those who will be in charge of this new linear path, not operated by the MTA.
