This area is already a lovely nature preserve filled with mature trees, many species of birds including red-tailed hawks, and small animals. The highest use for this land would be to continue as it is. Humans can enjoy the birdsong and privacy and oxygen afforded by this densely forested strip of land. It is much better suited to a nature preserve than a recreational space.
